Received an invitation approximately two weeks after applying to complete a video self-interview (1 video with 3–4 structured questions). The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. Subsequently shortlisted for an interview with the AVP of the team. The session was engaging, conversational, and conducted in a comfortable manner, which made the overall experience pleasant. There was a gap of around two weeks without updates following the interview - however, feedback was shared after a follow-up. Overall, a positive and well-managed experience, with a professional and approachable interview process.
