I spoke with a recruiter who then placed me in contact to do a Zoom Interview with the hiring manager. Following this I took a personality and excel assessment. Finally I met with one of the account managers.

Interview
The interview is standard like most insurance agencies. However, MMA is looking for people with tenure more than anything else. If you have less than 5 years of experience in the insurance industry you are wasting your time unfortunately. This was communicated to me by a current "Team-Leader" from MMA.

Lengthy. Lots of days passed without hearing anything back. HR representative did not know much about the position and seemed to have just as many questions about the position as I did.
