Phone interview with HR after submitting application online. That was followed by an in-person meeting with HR Director and the Hiring Manager and then finally another meeting with Executive Leadership.

The process was efficient and informative. Everyone I met with throughout the process made me feel like MMA was a company I’d want to work for. From first interview to offer was less than a month. Even though it was relatively quick I felt confident I had all the information I needed to make a decision.
