Recruiter reached out via email due to a referral, talked for 30 minutes.
Second stage was to interview with 3 members of the team, two were client managers one was a director. This process took 1.5 hours over video chat.
Very open ended questions about yourself. Focus on answering how you organise different tasks. Multitasking as a skill, is an important thing to mention.
Process was real simple. Be outgoing and should be very doable.

3 step interview. One via phone. One with your manager, and one with your team manager. The one by phone is with HR. If that goes successfully, you move onto the other two.
