The interview consisted of 3 rounds (1st one with the Hiring Manager, 2nd with the Lead and the 3rd with project team members). Each was focused on various real-life scenarios. The questions:
1. How do you build your project team?
2. How do you deal with risks / issues during the project?
3. How do you prepare end users for your solution?
Real life examples always welcome. Nice ambience, they do not want to find mistakes in your statements but understand you better.
