I applied through university. I interviewed at Mars
Interview
Started with a phone interview. There were two interviewers on the phone, started with behavioral questions and questions related to my resume. Was then given a case study, and had to provide an explanation of what actions I would take. After the phone interview, I was asked to come on site for an in person interview. The on-site interview included problems that had to be solved with excel, and then presented to a panel of interviewers. I was given 30 minutes alone with the excel problems and then asked to come and present my answers.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you were not able to get the results you were looking for on a project.
The process was fairly straightforward, one interview with two individuals. It was quite lengthy with mostly behavioral based questions that you can easily answer in STAR format. They asked many clarifying questions and wanted a lot of explanation based on your answers. Was notified after about a week or two that I was offered the position.
