Simple, direct and professional that I had interviewed. This was Contract to Hire. Realized the position wasn't the right fit for me. Usual interview format with standards questions that you would expect for the position.

There was an initial interview with the hiring manager, followed by ~4 interviews with the HM's manager and folks from product, engineering, and a couple other teams. This was really great because it gave me a really solid understanding of the teams I'd be working with. There was also a final interview with the hiring manager that included a take-home exercise beforehand, which again helped me better understand the team, domain, and working style. Overall very positive experience.
