Interview
All interviews are done by committee of at least 4 people from the management team. Interviews are done on site in their conference room. Regional managers are not usually involved in the process and at least one manager from representative area. The process can take a while and can be a substantial amount of time before the contact you afterwards.

Interviewers are asked questions from the Mars competencies outline. Categories such as stand alone, conflict resolution, with specific examples and resolution. Answers are written down by interviewers on a pre-made template.
