Exchange a few messages with Luke, and arranged a time for us for an initial interview. Been waiting for Luke to call me, but I haven't heard from him. At least give me heads up if you don't want to call.

No interview questions. Just basic right to work and salary expectation for the role.
Two interviews with two executives, one peer. First interview was getting to know your background, skillset, knowledge. Second interview was a technical interview with a couple of example problems and plenty of time to complete the answers.
