Interview
First of all, there was an interview with a Recruitment/Talent company, which got your CV and asked some questions about work experience/technical knowledge.
The second part of the interview was with Mars employees and was done during AN ENTIRE DAY in a hotel 100km from São Paulo (8 am-5pm).
There was a lot of technical and personality interviews, and you had to made a presentation beforehand to "introduce and sell" yourself to the interviewers.
After a week or so after this process I was contacted by the Recruiting company saying that I was approved for the position.

Question 1
They simulated a helpdesk call which you had to sit facing away at the interviewer, and had to go to a script to troubleshoot/solve the issue. Then the "caller" would simulate having some issues during the process, as if simulating a daily support call to analyze how you would interact with an user when doing your job.
