Applied online and had to complete many tests
Then had half an hour skype interview which was quite repetitive in their questioning
Was invited to an overnight assessment process. There were 8 of us. Very fancy dinner provided with 4 employees who we spoke to informally and then the next day invovled essay/case study for an hour, individual presentation, grou work and an individual interview. It was very intense and far too draining.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mars (Slough, Berkshire, South East England, England) in Dec 2014

Extremely unusual and difficult questions, the graduate recruitment firm who I applied through gave me a lot of preparation questions which I spent an extensive time researching for, of which none were asked.
