Sent CV, had a few phone calls, then Zoom interview. Didn't hear anything for multiple weeks. Got a call out of the blue from them after this silence to offer me an interview with the only slot available being the very next day. No time to prepare.

Tell us about a time when you had to influence people within an organisation to meet your objectives.
three interviews, positive experience overall. first with a headhunter, then a telephone interview with the team lead and a last one with the VPs. Great company to work and plenty of development opportunities and role changes.
