I did a pre-recorded video interview and also an online assessment that assesses my personalities. There are 3 questions for the interview with AI and we can retake it 3 times for each question.
Knowing the star interview is key in Marriott Interviews. They use STAR to help determine how well you will be able to adapt to different situations based off of your past actions that you will put on STAR.

STAR : Describe a situation in which you had to step up and lead a team.
Video interview first then an assessment when you pass. Lastly, you do a virtual interview and that’s also when you choose your preferences. A recruiter will reach out about your preferences and if they find something you get an offer letter.
