It was a very engaging interview that requires you to think back to specific moments that you have experience throughout your career and life. The responses had to be very specific rather than vague thoughts.

Finding the HR office was a bit confusing, but the front desk helped me get to the right place. The director of HR was very welcoming, giving me a bottle of water and making sure I didn't feel too nervous. It was mostly a STAR interview, after a brief introduction to "tell me about yourself." Overall, it was a pleasant experience, I didn't feel intimidated, and I appreciated that the interviewer was listening with a smile.

They followed a 3 step interview process with general aptitude to interview with the general manager and overall it demonstrated a positive environment however the interview process was quite long and at the end I didn't receive a proper regret mail that was due from the recruiter but just an automated email from their careers site
