Interview was very professional. I spoke first with the GM as I was introduced to him by a colleague. Then I interviewed with HR and the Front Office Manager. I had to do a phone interview with the Director of Rooms as he was out of town with his family and so was I. They made this a very easy and relaxed process.

General hotel questions. Asked for specific experiences with guest complaints and how they were handled.
It was a super chill interview, they definitely used the STAR method and asked typical questions, including about how to deal with a rude guest, and how you deal with a rude or uncomfortable coworker.
