Marlin Equity Partners interview questions

Spoke with the head of HR first, followed by interviews with multiple senior members of the BD team, and then one of the partners. Starts off with getting to know you conversations, then moves on to case studies and more in depth questions.

Mostly fit interviews nothing technical. A couple of calls with senior leadership. Afterwards, was invited to an onsite visit / day with the broader team including lunch interview where it was mostly walking through experience and why interested in the firm. For more junior candidates I imagine it would be a more technical interview
