Interview
I was hired in May of 2011 the process then was to meet in person with the office manager and the head of the firm. They would both ask you questions about yourself and your future goals.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Markhoff & Mittman (White Plains, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
This firm has the job posted for 4 months and has had well over 100 applicants, none of whom have landed an in person interview which is odd since this is not a top ten law firm. The new H.R. person who interviewed me was courteous and liked my answers. I knew I did well but I still never landed an in person interview. Now, after 4 months they decide they need a Receptionist who performs routine functions, to have a Bachelor's degree and re-posted the ad. All I can say is I would never hire this firm to represent me. They are confused and indecisive and have no reason to be so nit-picky when there are so many well qualified unemployed candidates out there in need of a job. They should have known they needed a bachelors degree after looking at/interviewing the first 20 candidates. I'd never hire them or work for them.
