The interview process was pretty casual and informal. If you are young and eager to find a stepping stone type job this is a job place to start. If you are looking for a corporate environment this is not the job for you.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What background do you have in this industry? Are you comfortable selling? How much experience do you have in sales?

Interview
Had 2 interview session. The first one was pretty straight forward and I really liked it. I really wanted to work here but the second interview had me questioning everything. The CEO took an hour to show up. I was told to wait for 10 min. I can't believe I waited that long. If I were to arrive an hour late to the interview would you have hired me? NO! The CEO wasn't even that apologetic about it. "Sorry to keep you waiting". Bro, really? Other than that the interview was more like a conversation.
I asked for a decision by the end of the week, which the CEO couldn't reach, go figure. He wanted more time. I had another offer and I took it.
