The interview for this position was pretty laid back and took place at the store for which you applied for (Target). I was interviewed by the Wireless Team Leader, and he asked pretty standard questions about your past experience with retail/sales.

Describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
I was contacted by a requirer, where I was ask some brief questions over the phone. once I pass that process then the district manager , schedule and phone interview where it was FaceTime. but you would get some sample questions to practice prior to the actually interview. During the real interview the whole thing took only like 5 min. very quick.
It was a long interview process. There were several rounds of interview. First round was phone interview. Second was to an online assessment, third was to upload a video of your answers to some questions and finally there was a face to face interview.

Unprofessional phone interview that consisted of questions that mostly probed into my last job. The whole experience was both exciting and miserable. They should have picked a more responsible person to conduct the interview.
