The interview was in two stages. the first stage was non-formal. I met the manager who asked few simple questions about me, my study and where I see myself in the future. It took 15 min then I got a call the same day letting me know that I got the second stage interview. The second stage t was a formal, where they asked me to dress smart and bring a notebook with me. This stage was long it started 8am and ended by 8 pm (it was supposed to end by 6 pm and you sign paper that they will not pay you for this day). It started by meeting the manager who introduced me to one of the team leaders (which I went with the rest of the day and based on his recommendation I might get the job). I left the office with the team leader and others from his group into a market where they will do their marketing. In the car he asked me few questions and then for the rest of the day in the marketing area I sat in coffee shop near them working and he kept explaining the work and ask me questions then giving me 30- 60 min to answer them in the notebook I brought with me. Then by 6pm we returned to the office and given a written exam which have question about the company and most of the answers was from the trip with the team leader (focus in everything and write notes, I studied my notes on the way back to the office). After that, they checked my answers which was all correct and gave me small interview with the manger (7:30 pm) which ended by me getting the job (8pm).
The question asked about from the team leader were: types of marketing (Ans: direct and indirect), which one of them market me Liverpool (Ans: direct), companies we market for (Ans: five companies including amazon, apple ... (sorry cannot remember all)). list as much as you can of direct and indirect ways of marketing ( Ans: call, email ( they want at least 36 each so think out of the box, I listed 34 and 28 in each and this helped me to get my group leader recommendation), work habits, payment ways (ask for both if he did not ask you as this will come in the test).
