The questions you get asked are all from a worksheet and they are super base-level. My interviewer was turned away from me the whole time 😭
There wasn't any questions about me there was just things like "why is good customer service important?"

The interview process was very easy. It was one interview. The interviewer asks standard questions. They treat their employees very well. I would prepare for this interview like any other one.
