Personal and inviting. They have a unique company culture focusing on a team and winning mentality. They hope to share their culture with those that want to be part of an organization built on knowledge of the industry.
Completed 1st interview with recruiter on a Tuesday. Felt it went well all things considered. He says he feels I'd be a great fit and he wanted to schedule a 2nd interview that Thursday. Thursday comes and I've heard nothing, so I reach out. Out of office Wednesday - Friday. Okay no problem, probably just an oversight. Circle back on Monday when he is set to return but no response. 1 week later get a rejection email. Felt pretty unprofessional. Why give a specific day for a 2nd round interview if you have no intention of interviewing me? Why can't we be honest with candidates?

Interview
Lengthy phone interview, lengthy in person interview with 4 individuals, 2 remotely skyped in. I spent a total of 3 hours of my time interviewing, not that I don't appreciate the opportunity to interview, but I emailed a thank you and called 2 different people to check in and I heard back from no one. Wasn't thrilled about. They touted a great culture, but wasting 3 hours of my time without even a callback to say no thank you is rude.
