Interview
Interview process consisted of couple rounds of interviews with the sales director. During the interview process, I took a personality test to determine where I would best fit in.

Interview
The process was extremely effective. The 1st thing they do is send you a DISC assessment to determine what type of personality you have. Then I was interviewed twice and the 3rd time coming into the office to explain splits and commissions, and overall it takes about 3 weeks to get hired.
