Three in person interviews. Very repetitive - met with the same people more than once. Questions were relatively easy - mostly why Real Estate and fit questions. A very cool office, but not the best interview experience.
through a employment agency the process was straight forward and simple, the employment agency did all the work and the organization was interested in switching me to full time in about 6 month time however, due to certain cicumstances it was delayed about 2 months until i was brought onboard
