Marion County Sheriff - Indiana interview questions

I came in to speak to HR directly. I'd had some scheduling conflicts I needed to address in-person. They were very accommodating and got the Captain and Sgt. conducting questions to interview me a day early. It's a panel of two people who sit down and ask the questions. I believe they rate your answer. I think they're looking for keywords.

When I hired on there was absolutely no interview process. I never even talked to anyone but the human resources lady. They basically just wanted warm bodies in the system. That has changed and now they do at home interviews and interview your neighbors and friends.
