Received an email from them asking if I have connections to key personnel for related matters, I replied Yes. Immediately I received a call from them saying that they wanted to interview me straightaway and I responded I couldn't take leave in a short notice, they replied but we only have time to interview you today. Sounded very rude and more like a "take it or leave it" kind of attitude. I manage to go down for the interview that very afternoon to meet the hiring panel. I was told to share contact details (email and phone) of my connections to key personnel for related matters during the interview with them and was told that this will determine whether I get hired or not. Of course I didn't share the contacts with them and I didn't get hired for the role. Still they told me to prepare a business plan which I believe they took it and use for their presentations. Felt very disgusted at such an interview process. We all know who are the leaders of the organisation and parent company to know how unethical they are in corporate world.

The whole process was done fairly quickly and smoothly. Conversations were generally good and they were transparent about everything. The only blemish in the entire process is that everything went silent before the final interview for 3 weeks. Quite an anti-climax.
