They sent an interest Email, then call to schedule interview for about seven days out, interview is very basic, know the organization, then schedule interview, 30 days later call from hr
The HR department was very clear and timely with responses. Any questions or concerned I had, they answered and reassured me. The only difficulty I had was finding the location of the interview. The interview is a panel-style with 3 to 4 managers interviewing you at once. It is a but intimidating, but the team is VERY polite and professional. Other than the natural nerves when goin in for an interview, great experience! MCCS has been a great to me thus far!
