Usually 3 people on the interview panel: 1 from branch management, at least 1 from Admin/HR, and 1 could be your next direct supervisor. You will almost always have to do a story time. Questions aren't usually too tricky. They may query you on programming ideas, what you like to read, etc. Important: you will most likely be asked something related to digital downloads: "What was the last thing you downloaded?" "Have you tried hoopla yet?" Be sure you are familiar with the digital download options that we offer.
