I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mariano's (Orland Park, IL)
Interview
It was definitely a long process. There were 3 interviews. The first interview was on the phone, which only lasted about 10 minutes. I was then asked to come in 2 days later for a face-to-face interview. After that interview, I was scheduled for an interview with the store director 3 days later. Directly after the interview with the SD, he congratulated me and had me do some background check info on the computer. That took 5 days to process. I came in that day to do some paperwork, then had to wait a week for orientation. So if you want a job quickly, Mariano's would not be the place to apply. P.S. I didn't get drug tested, either.
