Great people, great interview process. I did a recruiter call, then a coding round, then a panel interview consisting of 3 interviews back to back. The first coding round is pretty easy, not leetcode format though. The panel interview had a EDA problem.

Twice they cancelled and attempted to reschedule interviews for the third round panel, each time only hours before the scheduled start.
During compensation discussions, equity was emphasized, which I appreciated, but concerns I had about dilution were never clearly addressed.
Overall, the process raised concerns about organization and professionalism.
