The interview felt a little intimidating but conversational, wanted to know why I would be a good fit for the team and wanted to know about my previous brokerage experience and real estate experience in general.
The people I had interviewed with were responsive and polite. They asked more general personality questions for an entry level broker position rather than knowledge of the industry questions. Overall positive experience. Three interviews, two via phone and one in person
Very relaxed, more conversational approach. The managing broker was very knowledgeable, approachable, and forthcoming about the job. This company does a good job explaining the day to day schedule and what is expected of associate brokers
