Zero candidate experience! No response back to any of my follow-up emails from all of the hiring team members including the HR Director, HR Manager and Recruiter. This is not professional especially if you are hiring for your own team.

Initial screening interview. Recruiter asked role and previous work experience specific questions. Explained the job responsibilities. Did not explain much about the team and reporting structure or next steps in the hiring process.
