Interview
Had several interviews when opening a new store with the company. Started with a phone interview and then it led to an in person interview as most places do. Both general manager and regional were in attendance for my final interview process.
Easy. They ask about former experience, job expectations and skills. Really an easy interview. They really hire any one as long as you pass their real simple interview. They will check your car insurance and driving record as well.

They emailed me to find a time for an interview. The interview was in person and a relaxed environment. The manager mainly just wanted to know availability and some basic information.
