They use a staffing agency. I turned down the job because I already had a job and the recruiter kept calling and telling me "how impressed" the owners were with my application? I don't understand why they kept pushing. If I am already employed then move on already.

it was very smooth and its nice to meet the president/ owner on the first day of the interview. overall i would say it was one of my best interview process that i have ever attended

Interview
It was very comfortable and felt natural, made you feel like you were just having a daily conversation with a known peer. You interview first with the current department manager and then you get a second interview if they call you back with the owners.
