Received a email requesting an interview within a week of submitting my application. Interview took place with CEO and Operations Manager. Both were dressed in jeans and sweater. Very easy going duo; both looking for certain behavioral traits to ensure you will mesh well with the company. Received an offer a week after the interview to start the following Monday. Due to my educational background, I was told I would be later promoted to a higher position regarding my field of study as the company was growing very quickly.
