it was so challenging ,Negative Predictions ,Thought Diary Example ,Thought Diary Worksheet and so on To challenge or dispute your negative predictions means that you dissect them, evaluate how accurate or likely they are, examine what evidence you base your predictions on, and look at any positive aspects you may be ignoring.
