Interview
The interview process typically began with an initial screening call where the recruiter assessed my fit based on experience and motivation. This was followed by one or two technical/functional rounds focused on my core skills, problem-solving ability, and relevant projects. The final stage involved a culture fit or HR round where we discussed expectations, notice period, and compensation. Overall, the process was structured, transparent, and moved along in a timely manner

The interview consists of 5 Rounds break down to 3 Technical and 1 Aptitude and 1 HR rounds. Selection is made upon internal company policies and knowledge of candidate. Mostly walk in interview.
