Hiring manager reached out to me to schedule a phone interview. She never called at the scheduled time. I reached out and gave my further availability if she’d like to reschedule. Two days later, she texted back and said she’d call me on Monday. Never called. I texted her again asking if we could schedule a time and I never heard back. Why reach out to someone to schedule an interview if you are going to ghost them?

It was a longer process, but liked talking with multiple people. And actually going to a store to work and see how it was before committing. Zoom interviews, I had nothing in person until I went to store.
