I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Manus (Augusta, GA) in Apr 2026
Interview
Teams screening and then onsite interview. It wasn't that tough, however I was reached out post the interview at all. No one reached out about the job offer. So I sent a couple of emails and they still didn't reply. I spent alot of time and money getting to their site and gave them an honest interview, however I didn't even get a rejection notice.

Question 1
Behavioural questions like what's the difference between kind and nice... Like
Bad they ask you to solve a current problem and challenge and then they will implement your work without hire I found the rounds to be excessive and unnecessary with about 5-6 rounds and a project
Recruiter took the easiest way to reach out using WhatsApp, popped some questions and went MIA. Even if your company does AI and makes life convenient, do it professionally, maybe an automated rejection?
