Interview is with the department manager. After answering questions, I met the rest of the staff in the department. I spent some time within my soon to be direct co-workers. They later provided input to the manager about how they perceived me to fit within the department.

Applied online via their website after seeing the company at South Central Colleges Job Fair. You meet with HR 1st, and then if they feel you are a good fit they have you meet with the Manager of the department you would be working with.
