the interview was divided in four segments...it started with people would be working immediately above me interviewing me about my knowledge and command on my interests...my past jobs etc....then came a segment where i was given situations to solve and answer.....then the HR round....n then a very informal interview where i was told about the work culture there and the offer discussion....working culture seemed to be good healthy....all the people are very young and encouraging kind of community.
