There was the initial recruiter contact. Then a phone screen with the hiring manager. An in person interview with the matrix manager. Finally, a phone interview with the hiring manager's manager. Twice there was a mix up with my interview, whereas the interviewers 'forgot' about me. It was a little disheartening.
