At first HR reaches you by phone. Then, there is a technical assessment: logical/mathematical test (very easy) with approx. 20 questions for half an hour and a test on SQL (very easy as well). Then, there is an interview with a Senior Data Analyst and, finally, an interview with a Hiring Manager. The process is straightforward and clear. I got an offer and refused to it because of disrespect because of my age. I got disrespectful remarks from the hiring manager and the final offer was 25% less than my expectations because of my experience (their salary ranges do not enable a person with less years of experience get more than a person with more) though their salary range was according to my expectations. I can recommend the company for senior workers that value working hierarchy, but certainly not for young and striving professionals. That's a pity.
