I had a brief face-to-face interview with 2 administrators (it could have been done using Skype, but I happened to be in the neighborhood) and a longer interview including a sample lesson. At all times, the administrators and teachers I spoke with were professional and insightful. They seem to care about their students a great deal. Please note, I was interviewing for a position with the middle school, not the nursery school (but it is the same organization).
