Group intervview. Very interactive, with people directly from spain. Ver interesting and tough interviews.
Long time before recieving news from the recreuting personel. Some people thought they just didn´t recieve anything and few months later they got a call. Some things were unprofessional as not notifying the candiate or not giving feedback. The intern position was not a 100% posibility given that they were evaluating if it was woth for them or not.
Group interview with 10+ others. Conducted in December over Zoom. 4 women oversaw the interview. Worked through a case with a team and created slides to present. Watched a company video. Lasted 1 hour.
Dinámica en grupo en la cual debe resolverse un caso conjuntamente. En las siguientes rondas entrevistas individuales con miembros de la empresa. La segunda ronda es con responsable de adquisición de talento.

Interview
First contact with HR rep and then interview with project director, although sometimes there's a third interview with a group. You get asked field related questions and some logical thinking ones too.
