I met with Mammoet at a career fair, before being moved to a final in-person interview in Rosharon. The interview both covered the position and technical questsions involving statics. The interview ended deceptively, with a verbal offer being made, including detailed pay and benefits descriptions, and a tour of the facilities and introduction to the staff. Instead of sending an offer, Mammoet deliberated and delayed the hiring process for a full month before declining to hire after multiple follow up emails.
