I was contacted by a HR representative and had the HR discussion in a very relaxed atmosphere over a coffee. I was presented with the main initiatives inside Mambu and discussed my recent experience, then scheduled an on-site technical interview. The technical interview was very thorough compared to others and it lasts somewhat longer. The interviewers made me feel very relaxed. We discussed about data structures, time complexity, database performance, locking mechanisms, concurrency, testing, SOLID and system design topics.
