      "Le processus d’entretien d’embauche commence généralement par la réception et l’examen du CV et de la lettre de motivation par le recruteur. Ensuite, si le profil correspond, il y a un premier entretien téléphonique ou en visioconférence pour vérifier les compétences de base et la motivation. Après cela, un entretien en personne est organisé, souvent avec le responsable du service ou le manager, pour évaluer les compétences techniques et comportementales, ainsi que l’adéquation avec la culture de l’entreprise. Enfin, certaines entreprises peuvent demander un test pratique ou une mise en situation, et après évaluation, elles communiquent la décision finale au candidat."
