Malcolm Cisneros interview questions

Relatively informal. I applied online through a job board and received an email about 2 days later. They asked me to fill out and email a formal application before later asking me to come in for an interview. I met with several individuals during the interview including HR, a current paralegal, an attorney, and one of the managing partner. I was asked to come back for a second interview several days later with a similar process. I received an email about a week following the second interview informing me that I hadn't been selected.

Informal. Interviewed with two or three other associates and one department manager with whom I would be working. No more than 8 questions - some of which were straightforward, others a little less predictable. There was a background check conducted after the interview. I think I had to wait about 5 days between interview and call back with offer.
