Making of Smart, Simple Spaces interview questions

The actual video interview interaction was ok, but I felt like the person was judging me when I talked about my background. The worst part however was her email etiquette - while I was timely with my responses and used proper grammar/punctuation, she would be late to respond and didn’t even use capitalization which made her come off as unprofessional. The absolute worst part was she never got back to me about the results of my interview until after I kept pestering her for two weeks and she said the position was given to someone else. Overall unorganized, unprofessional, elitist aura.
